Hello, I'm Jannice, Founder of Connecting & Bonding, Inc. (C&B), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering and supporting wives of pastors and ministers. Our mission is to transform lives and foster mentorship through relationships. We carry out this mission through workshops and conferences across the United States and abroad.

Throughout our years of service, we have realized the significance of having mentors and a supportive community to navigate the unique challenges faced in ministry. We believe that providing a safe and supportive space for these women to learn valuable tools and rejuvenate their souls is vital for their personal growth and overall success. However, now we find ourselves at a crossroads. We now require financial assistance from the greater community to continue to serve these women with tangible and spiritual needs.

Our ministry began in 1998 at a women's conference when a newly married wife of a minister approached me seeking guidance. Recognizing the need for support among Pastor's wives, I reached out to my network of friends who were also involved in ministry. The first person who joined me was my mentor and dear friend, Kathleen Hart.

Kathleen, a renowned speaker and chaplain to Student Wives at Fuller Theological Seminary, dedicated 23 years of her life to mentoring and guiding Connecting & Bonding. Sadly, she passed away in June 2021, leaving behind her vision as inspiration for us to carry forward.

In September 2023, we hosted our first conference since Covid. It was particularly special to bring people back together after so much time in social isolation. Unfortunately, we had several women that desired to join us, but did not have the financial means to attend.
