As many of our friends, family and neighbors in the Southern Pines area know, the passing of our good friend Kerrianne Hillgrove weighs heavy on all of our hearts. A lot of you may have been trying to find ways to help out in some way. This may be one way you can help the Hillgrove family.
I'm seeking donations for every 5k, 1/2 marathon, and full marathon that some friends and I will run to help start a fund for my friend Conner Hillgrove (16 yrs old). This fund is to help him with any general living expenses and for college.
The first will be the Pinehurst Turkey Trot 1/2 Marathon (Turkey Trot) , the second will be the Southern Pines Reindeer Run(Reindeer Run), the third will be Myrtle Beach 17th Annual Marathon 2015 (17th Annual Myrtle Beach Marathon 2015) half marathon will be run February 14th (Valentines Day) in Myrtle Beach, SC. As of now it will be Blake Webb and myself running in it. Anyone interested in helping us with our cause contact me.
