Special Needs Employment Solution!

Donation protected

Did you know...

Over 80% of individuals with special needs are unemployed (source: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics).

Nearly 54 million Americans cope with special needs (source: National Organization on Disability).

One in 45 children ages 3–17 has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (source: National Health Interview Survey, National Center for Health Statistics).
Currently, employment opportunities for people with special needs are very limited. There are few effective job-training programs focusing on meaningful special-needs employment, and funding for existing programs is at risk of being cut or eliminated.

Conglom8 was born out of the desire to close the special-needs employment loop. Education, employment, and career advancement are the three key components that will bring real opportunity to the special-needs community!

With your help, Conglom8 will become a totally independent, self-sustaining business committed to providing effective training and meaningful job opportunities to people with special needs all over the world. This, in turn, will bring hope to their families.

Your donation to Conglom8 will enable individuals with special needs to receive high-quality job training and will help eliminate barriers to rewarding employment.

With your help, we can join the workforce with meaningful jobs to make our communities better. We’re ready to go! Will you help us?

How Conglom8 Will Work
The Conglom8 Academy will tailor the education it offers to the needs of our employees, empowering them to get entry-level jobs in our companies.

Our first company, Tilecessories, is ready to launch as soon as we reach our funding goal! Tilecessories is a U.S.-based manufacturer of customized bathroom and kitchen accessories.

We will continue to expand, bringing Conglom8 academies and businesses to cities all over the world.

Special Olympics

We knew we were building something important, and Special Olympics agreed. When they heard about what we were doing, they got behind us 100 percent! We are so proud to say that we are partnered with the Maryland Chapter of the largest special-needs network in the world!!!

Our story

For thousands of parents whose loved ones are diagnosed with a disability, life takes a frightening and worrisome turn. Chris and his wife experienced this personally when their son Marcus was diagnosed with autism in 1994. Life for their family changed forever, and like so many others, they wondered,

Like all loving parents, the Warrens just wanted to see their child live a happy, independent life. So over the past 22 years, Chris has been intensely involved with the special-needs community, coaching Special Olympics sports and connecting with local support groups.

Chris has spoken with hundreds of parents of special-needs children, and they all share the same concerns about the future of their child.

So, as a life-long entrepreneur, Chris did what he does best... create a solution! With the help of an amazing team of entrepreneurs and creative educators, Conglom8 was born!

How Your Donation Will Help

Our goal at Conglom8 is to be completely self-sustaining once launched. We will not be reliant on the government.

It is time to close this loop in a meaningful way, and we know that with your love and support we will hit our fundraising goal!

Here are the funding benchmarks:

Universal Issue

No one is immune from this unemployment epidemic. It does not discriminate by religion, income, or political preference. Below are just a few high-profile people who share a common challenge—a loved one with special needs who wants a better education that leads to a meaningful job.

Please donate what you can!

If we don't take bold action, the special-needs unemployment issue will continue to grow.

The time is now to act!

With gratitude,

Chris Warren & The Conglom8 Family!
