A donation page to support Joanne's musical development, through attending lessons, traveling to workshops, attending concerts and other amazing opportunities to give this little one a wonderful start!
Joanne is a little girl who was born 12 weeks premature weighing not much more than 500grams she has overcome many surgeries and obstacles.
In hospital until the age of 2, To put it bluntly, according to predictions, she shouldn't alive today!!! She has an amazing family including her single mother and her Aunty who moved away from her own family in the Phillapines to assist taking care of Joanne's complex medical needs.
Although Joanne is unable to use her voice, she enjoys expressing herself through music!!! Joanne is now having piano lessons and practises on her laminated paper keyboard at home. We would like to raise the money for Joanne to have a real piano!!!
Joanne continues to teach me more than I teach her in our music lessons. She is forever smiling, playing cheeky jokes and having a good time. She is an inspiration and if we could all have a little bit of Joanne's attitude, the world would be a better place!!!
