COMMUNITY DRIVE: Girls Make Beats
According to a study by USC Annenberg, just 2% of music producers and 3% of audio engineers on the Billboard Hot 100 charts are female. Girls Make Beats are a non-profit organization aimed at elevating and empowering girls by expanding the female presence of music producers across the audio engineering, DJing, and production spaces. The organization is dedicated to creating real-world opportunities to break barriers in the music industry and creates unparalleled opportunities for participants by providing courses on industry-leading hardware and software, and hosting educational seminars, summer camps, industry panels, and networking events.
To help support them Native Instruments have teamed up with 13 genre-defining artists to create a donation-based charity sound pack called COMMUNITY DRIVE 2021.
The pack is free to download now via the Native Instruments site, but we're encouraging donations of all amounts here. Native is donating $30,000 to kick things off, and we look forward to making an even greater impact with your help. All funds raised will go directly to Girls Make Beats.

The collective efforts of these artists have culminated in a robust sound pack, full of idiosyncratic vocals, synth presets, samples, and loops made to blend seamlessly into your own productions.
