Comfort Kits for CK Cancer Warriors!

Hi everyone!
My name is Andre Cleroux and I am looking to raise some money to put together comfort kits for local Chatham-Kent residents currently battling Cancer. These comfort kits would include items like: blankets, unscented lotions, hand sanitizers, pads & pens, puzzle books, tooth brushes, unscented lip balms, Tim's gift cards, etc... I am also looking to include some kid-friendly items as well that can be shared with young family visitors.
Why am I doing this? -- My mom, Gisele Cleroux, one of the strongest women I know, was recently diagnosed for a second time with Breast Cancer. She won her battler just over 30 years ago and she intends to do the same this time around. She starts her first round of chemotherapy on December 9th. She is a very positive and generous person and her courage has inspired me to give back to our community of Cancer Warriors. 100% of funds collected will be donated back in the form of comfort kits!
When am I doing this? -- I would love to reach my goal before the holidays and distribute these kits then.
Can't contribute financially, but want to help? -- THANKS! I'd love some help. I would gladly accept the help of those looking to volunteer their time to collect the goods, prepare the kits and to help distribute them during the holidays.
BONUS 1 -- If I reach my first goal ($1,000) by December 23rd, 2019, I will shave my head in further support of those going through chemotherapy! <--- We crushed it! THANK YOU!!!
BONUS 2 -- If I reach my second goal ($2,500) by December 23rd, 2019, I will rent myself (out of my own pocket) an Elf outfit and deliver the kits in the Elf outfit! A great friend of mine, which is the best Santa in CK (Thanks to: Yvon Robichaud) has also volunteered to join me in his Santa outfit and help give these amazing gifts! <--- We crushed it! THANK YOU!!!
BONUS 3 -- If I reach my second goal ($3,500) by December 23rd, 2019, a few of my friends have committed to shaving their heads / facial hair! (Thanks to: Nick Tengelits - Hair, John Papazian - Moustache) <--- We crushed it! THANK YOU!!!
