Colton Jones

Too many of us have been touched by cancer. I have had friends and family members contend with this dreadful disease but this is the first time I have personally known the sorrow of a child going thru the agonizing struggle of it.

My two oldest sons grew up with Preston Jones, Colton's devoted dad.

I learned recently that on Aug. 7, Preston and his wife Olivia, got the devastating news that 3 yr old Colton was suffering with acute lymphocytic leukemia.

Colton is blessed with the love and support of his community, extended family and most importantly his amazing parents and younger brother Carter.

Colton has undergone several rounds of chemo, blood transfusions and bone marrow studies this past month and maintains the spirit of a lion.

Please give whatever you can spare to help this lovely family out with mounting expenses. Money should be the one thing they should not be focused on now.

I know if we can all give up one latte' or trip thru the drive thru, we can reach this goal in no time. No donation is too small! Heck, just throw us that change you found in the washing machine today!
