Colten Suttle Medical Expenses

Recently a very good friend, Colten Suttle, suffered a severe stroke due to a narrow carotid artery.  Colten is 21 years old, he is competitive by nature, loves hunting, dirt bike racing, all motor sports, diesel trucks, anything with lots of horsepower and speed.  He stands by his friends and loves his family.  He just graduated from college with a degree in engineering with a promising future.  He is an all-around great guy.

 

He is now at Carillion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in a medically induced coma in the Intensive Care Unit.  The stroke was sudden with no advance warnings.  He was preparing to leave for a vacation with his friends the day he had the stroke.  He was air lifted to Carillion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, his chances of survival were very slim, but he beat those odds.  The doctors removed half of his skull to allow for the swelling in his brain.   Once he has healed sufficiently he will be brought out of the coma, then he will face a very long and arduous rehabilitation period.
