Colorado Starbucks Workers United Strike Fund!

Starbucks Workers United across the country is going on ULP strike in the days leading up to Christmas 2024, and we need a little bit of help to fill the gap while receiving strike wages to make ends meet during the holidays!

We have been in contract bargaining with Starbucks for several months now, but negotiations have stalled over the last and most crucial piece: wages. They have refused to come to the bargaining table with anywhere close to a viable proposal for us to receive a living wage. Many of us struggle to make rent and put food on the table while Starbucks just hired a new CEO who flies a private jet to work on the company dime and makes 10,000x what we earn. They have the money, but they refuse to invest in the workers who generate that profit. On top of that, Starbucks has failed to resolve hundreds of Unfair Labor Practice charges (illegal union busting activity) which they agreed to resolve in a timely manner at the beginning of this year. These reasons are why our hands have been forced to strike this holiday season.
