College Fund for Ben Barton

Ben is an adorable six year old boy who lost his mother, Lisa Lehmann, last week.   Lisa lost her battle to cancer on Wednesday, September 12th after bravely battling for five years of Ben's life.  Her motivation to fight came from her deep love for Ben and her desire to  raise Ben and  help him to be successful. 

Lisa was with our firm, TIG Real Estate Services for six years.  I was her supervisor and,  she stated many times, her office mom.  Lisa was beloved and respected by all of us at TIG.   Therefore, we want to make sure Ben has the opportunity for success with a college education.  The money raised in this campaign will be transferred to a CollegeAmerica 529 college savings plan in November 2018.     Lisa's friends, colleagues and family will be advised as to how they can  continue depositing to this 529 account in future years.   The funds will be available to Ben for higher education upon turning 18 and can be used for this education in 50 states in the US.
