Coles Miracle is happening. Cole is getting a KIDNEY July 7th @ Shands Hospital in Gainesville Florida. For almost three years we have been spreading awareness and praying for a matching donor, well, it has happened!! We are so humbled and grateful for this opportunity. We live in Belleview, 58 miles one way from Shands and have had over 481 round trip visits in the last four years for dialysis, lab draws, procedures, surgeries, and doctors appointments. Cole is 19, unable to drive due to seizures and is driven back and forth three times a week for dialysis. We aren't sure how long he'll be in the hospital, however, we know after the transplant he'll have follow up appointments twice weekly or more.
