On August 13th, Cole Birkhead passed away unexpectedly. Cole, 16, enjoyed the outdoors, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Losing Cole has been hard for so many, especially for his family; including an older and younger brother.
Although no family is ever prepared to lose a child, Cole's family will allow others to live on through Gift of Life Organ and Tissue Donation. His heart, kidneys, liver, and pancreas were able to be matched to necessary recipients.
