Cole Allen Courtney's Memorial Fund

It is with heavy hearts filled with sadness that we tell you our little man, Cole Allen Courtney, passed from this life late Friday afternoon while in our arms, as his father and I held his little hands, surrounded by his family. Cole had been diagnosed with CHARGE syndrome coupled with an immunodeficiency. He contracted pneumonia after a two month battle at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and his lungs began to fail. We could not have made it through this without the love, help, compassion, and support of Cole's wonderful caregivers and our family and friends. We are not having a funeral for Baby Cole; he will be brought home and we will host a small gathering for friends and family.
