Cody's surgery help fund

I have gone through a pretty huge surgery. I have been informed that I will not be able to work for almost two months. I need help with rent and medical supplies as well as everyday things like food and water for myself and pregnant fiance. My family and friends know that I absolutely hate asking for money but I do not have another option. Please, anything to help is welcome. Thank you.
