Cody Jennings Randles was a bright, creative and genuine soul that made a lasting impression on everyone he came in contact with. Cody will be painfully missed every single day by his entire family including his mother, stepfather, and his 3 siblings as well as his father, stepmother and 2 siblings.
Cody suffered from a very rare lung disease called Spontaneous Pneumothorax which causes small sacs in the lung tissue (blebs) to rupture when there is a sudden change in air pressure or exertion. The severity of his condition had unexpectedly worsened and affected his health to a level unknown by anyone. Cody passed on Thursday, June 15th, 2017 at approximately 3:30 PM. His family fought day and night for him until the 20th of June after all options had been exhausted. The family made the decision to remove the machines that were supporting his life and let him rest eternally.
Cody enjoyed the last moments of his time here with his siblings, playing and swimming in the pool on a sunny day in June.
This campaign is to help his grieving family as they begin to heal and learn how to do life with Cody as a cherished memory. We love you, Cody. You will never be forgotten.
