Cody Crooks

Hi-

Our names are Jamie Shaw and Jessica Johnson, we are cousins to Cody.

Cody has been delt a tough hand in the last week, he was diagnosed with HI Grade Gioblastoma. This is a fast-growing and aggressive brain tumor. It invades the nearby brain tissue, and this tumor is malignant.

Cody is having brain surgery today to remove some of the tumor, he is going to have a long recovery time as well upcoming chemotherapy and radiation over a 2 month peorid. With that being said... Cody is not going to be able to work, and the bills still need to be paid.

He has 2 boys that rely on dad.

Codys parents Ginny and Sam Love and Larry Crooks, will be with Cody for most his time in hospital and treatment if not all of this journey. Codys brothers Cade Sammy and Patrick will be there as much as they can be, we are sure of that.

There is going to be hospital bills, travel expenses, hotels, food gas ect.

We are asking that if you can, please donate to try and relieve some financial burden from Cody and his parents.

They would never ask for help, we are doing this as family to reach out get them some help.

Jessica and myself will be contacts if you have any questions.

Ginny will be the one to receive and withdraw all monies when needed.
