Coco’s Surgery-Medical Costs

My 3 year dog Cocoa is sick. We believe he ate some kind of clothing material and it has caused a blackage and he now currently has fluid built up in his stomach and it is not allowing him to go poop, he has not been able to eat anything in couple days and every time he tires to drink water he throws it right back up, he was taken to the vet and they said all that can be done now is to give him medicine and hope he can pass the blockage. But he still hasn’t.  The only other option is surgery  to remove the blockage, or Euthanasia. And I do not want to put my dog down . I just  don’t have that kind of money to afford the surgery , and why I am asking for help. Please if you can help I would greatly appreciate it. We rescued him back in February of this year and He has a very speacial place in our hearts and we would be heart broken if we lost him. And my 5 years old has grown a bond with him and i know it would crush him if he lost his buddy. I just want to do my best to make an attempt and try evrything i can to try to save him b4 i have to make the hard decision. Thank you.
