Many of you who are Naperville North or Plainfield Central High School alumni know and love our beloved COACH JOHN JACKSON who is a very dear friend, long time mentor and "brother" to many many student athletes who were all blessed to have had the opportunity to play for Coach John. His is an absolutely amazing man, inspiring leader, tenacious coach (Illinois HS Football Coach Hall of Fame Inductee) and dedicated educator for 30+ years who has made an impact on thousands of student athletes in his amazing tenure as a educator and coach.
Some of you know, John was unfortunately diagnosed in with BRAIN CANCER in October 2017 which he has been aggressively battling for several months now having gone through surgeries, chemo, radiation and yet he remains SO resiliant, amazingly STRONG and determined to BEAT this aweful diseasue with the support of his wonderful family (wife Pam, daughter Melanie, son David) and many many many friends who love him so much!!!
Coach John is in the middle of full time treatment and medical procedures right now and his wife Pam is full time dedicated to tending to managing his care. Even with insurance coverage there are many many out of pocket health care costs the family is dealing with that are significant and so I would like to start this FUND RAISING CAMPIAGN to try and help the Jackson family by rasing money to HELP COVER SOME OF THEIR MEDICAL EXPENSES as they go through this difficult time.
Any donation amount would be hugely appreciated by the Jackson Family and I ask you to keep PRAYING for Coach John as he continues his battle to BEAT this disease!
