Coach Fuksa needs HELP!!!

As some of you may already be aware, Josh Fuksa has been experiencing some major medical problems recently and hasn't been able to work in several months. He began having chest pains and had to be resuscitated several times.  He has been suffering from major headaches and dizziness and the doctors think he may have suffered from a stroke and/or brain seizures.  Doctors have discovered a hole in his chest cavity where his stomach had actually flipped and moved close to his heart.  Somehow, after one of his multiple surgeries, he has now lost feeling and proper movement in his right hand.  Needless to say, Josh has a long road to recovery in front of him.  

Josh is married and has 5 kids and is also taking care of his younger brother.  Understandably Josh has experienced  some major financial difficulties and is in desperate need for some instant relief.  He is in immediate danger of getting kicked out of his apartment and his cars being repossessed.  As you can only imagine, his medical bills are out of control as well.  

We are asking for your donation to help Josh and his family.  Josh has volunteered countless hours to help the children in our community and it is now our turn to "pay him back."  Your funds will ensure he and his family have a home this holiday as well as reliable transportation.  His family has food thanks to several people that have already helped in that capacity.
