Team Vanna-#F-Cancer

Savannah was experiencing really bad migraines. The pedestrian was reluctant to give her a cat scan because of a 1% risk for a child to get cancer. I as a mother insisted that it be done because what she was experiencing had not been just normal migraine. He gave me the medical order after I argued with him about it. I then took my daughter to the emergency room due to the severity of her pain. The cat scan showed a leassion in her brain. I was told to take her to Phoenix children's hospital immediately. Don't stop or go home, go STRAIGHT there. Savannah was put in the ICU at Phoenix children's hospital. She then was scheduled for a MRI. The Neuro surgeon advised me that they were unsure of what the leassion mass was however regardless they were going to have to remove it. He then proceed to tell me that her surgery was scheduled for 8am the next morning. The MRI results confirmed that whatever it was it had to be removed. Savannah then had emergency brain surgery to remove the very aggressive tumor from her brain.
