wife had brain surgery

I don't exactly know what to say or how to say it so here it goes. My wife found she had an odd tumor type thing in her brain. Its called an avm and needed surgery to remove it. I am the only provider for my family. It is myself my wife and four children. My boys are 8,7 and daughters 6 and 2. I was forced to take a lay off from my job so I could be at home with my wife and kids for her surgery and long road of recovery. Unfortunately nobody ever got rich from unemployment checks. Unemployment pays our regular bills and that's it there's nothing left over. I have medical insurance but it only pays so much and don't get me wrong im very grateful for the coverage I do have but it is difficult with the patient responsibility portion. Also my 8,7 and 6 year old are getting ready to go back to school. So obviously money for their school clothes and supplies isn't there. I hate doing something like this. It sucks and really hurts my pride. Feels like I've failed my family. But I keep getting assured that everyone needs help at some point in time. I actually don't even expect this to work but I thought I'd try. What harm could it do right? I know times are tight for just about everyone and I completely understand if nobody can help but if someone could it would be much appreciated. These medical bills are mounting but im more so concerned with getting my kids the stuff they need for school. So I think I've rambled enough and that's about the jist of things.
