Cleveland way walk

Me and my friend Owen Bouwer are going to complete the 110 mile Cleveland way from start to finish in one go in aid of the charity CALM. Hopefully raising money and awareness for male suicide in the UK along the way. The Cleveland way is a 110 mile trail which starts in the village of Helmsley and finishes in the costal town of Filey. More information about the Cleveland way can be found in the link below. https://www.nationaltrail.co.uk/cleveland-way  The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is an award-winning charity dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. https://www.thecalmzone.net/  You may not be aware of the charity but you may be aware of their campaign project 84 which was featured on this morning earlier this year where 84 statues were place on the top of the ITV buildings to represent the 84 men who commit suicide every week in the UK.
