Study Abroad Trip to Granada, Spain

My name is Clayton Hepler and I am a senior at The Kiski School in Saltsburg, Pa. I have recently been accepted by and have chosen to attend Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT. I applied to Middlebury early decision because of its renown strength in both its international department and language department. I plan to study in both departments during my tenure at Middlebury.
Over the past four years at Kiski, I have grown passionate about speaking and studying Spanish. I know that speaking Spanish, a language that over 400 million people speak worldwide, will provide me with many opportunities in the future. I have always had aspirations to study abroad in a Spanish speaking country in order to better understand the language and augment my speaking skills. I am very ardent about Spanish and I know that the skills that I will obtain, if I study abroad this summer, will greatly increase my chances of achieving my biggest aspiration: joining the Peace Corps after I graduate from college.
I have been accepted to Sol Education Abroad's Spanish immersion program this summer(Summer IIa) from July 1-July 30 in Granada, Spain(http://www.soleducation.com/spain/program-dates-prices/summer)
I will be staying with a local Spanish family and will be studying at the University of Granada. I will take classes during the day and will be studying Spanish and the Civilization and Culture of Spain and Latin America. All of my classes will be spoken in Spanish, thus, facilitating a complete immersion environment.
Because this program is over and above my college education, I have committed myself to paying for it through my own efforts, both by working this summer and by seeking donations through gofundme.com.
Any donation would be greatly appreciated! All of the donations go toward my program and the airfare to Spain. I have always dreamed about studying abroad and your donations will give me the opportunity to live in a new culture, study Spanish, and have an unparalleled experience before I attend college.
