Clay Pannell

Clay Pannell was involved in a terrible accident last night. He was run over by a vehicle & life flighted to Atlanta. He has multiple injuries, in critical condition, currently on life support & in a medically induced coma. As of now, his vitals have stabilized somewhat which is a blessing. However he has a long road ahead of him. If you know Clay, you know he has spread more joy, love & laughter (& gray hairs!!!) in his short 21 years than some do in a lifetime! We all know how expensive medical bills can be so I’ve set up this account in hopes of offsetting those costs for this family. They do not need to be worried about finances during this time. If you can, please help with whatever you can. No amount is too small. If you can’t at this time, I ask that you lift Clay & his family up in prayer as they travel this unimaginable journey.

12/31/17 update... Clay is awake! He’s still on life support & in critical condition but has shown improvements today that prove our prayers are being heard. He still has a long road ahead but what great news to end the year! Your prayers, donations & sharing of this link are appreciated more than you know!

1/1/18 update...Clay had a rocky day. He’s fighting fever & all numbers went back up but feeding tube is working. He’s still stable at this point.

1/2/18 update....Fever is down, neurologist releasing him, starting antibiotics for infection in his lung, he has been awake some today and communicating. Positive day ❤️

1/3/18 update...preformed a bronchoscopyial scope, scoped his lungs then back on 100% oxygen. 102 fever. Started antibiotics for the 1st culture which came back strep/pneumonia.

1/4/18 update...2nd lung cleanout went good. Responsive when awake. Baby steps but we’ll take ‘em!!
