Claudia Hernandez Medical Surgery

Claudia is a mother of two beautiful children. She is a hard working woman who has been laid off. Recently she was diagnose with Severe Degenerative Disc Disease. This condition weakens her left arm which impairs her ability to go about day by day. on November 18 / 2014 she will undergo a spinal surgery. This surgery will make it difficult for her to make ends meet.
She will be in bed rest for 7 weeks. Any kind of help will be blessed and thanked.
