The Winston senior class is partnering with Habitat for Humanity NYC for a service project in the spring. For two days in April, the senior class will travel to two different build sites to work directly with this organization.
Habitat for Humanity NYC works to build and provide housing to families who otherwise could not afford to buy a home. The families commit to participate in a portion of the build as well, and could potentially work alongside our students.
The senior class is responsible for raising $2,500 to cover the cost of the tools and materials needed at their build sites. They will work until early April to raise these needed funds.
