Hey there! We are in desperate need of some help. This last Saturday morning we were woken by our 6 year old daughter saying there was a leak in the ceiling. We jump out of bed and the whole living room ceiling had collapsed in. Everything was ruined and flooded. She had made a pallet on the living room floor the night before and had actually just woke a couple minutes before it collapsed in! We were so thankful for the angel watching over her. They determined our apartment was inhabitable and we had to leave with just the few things we could grab on the way out. Which was hardly anything! We thought we had rental insurance but the apartment complex actually had us paying for landlord liability insurance. So none of our property was covered. They also do not have another unit for us to move into. They paid for 1 night in a hotel and that was all. Now we are homeless with two small children ages 6 and 10 months old. We don’t have any family to help and are all on our own. Right now we need funds to be able to stay somewhere and have a roof over our babies heads. Anything helps! These funds will go towards housing, clothing, hygiene products, gas and food, and attorney fees to hopefully fight this as none of this was our fault. If you can’t help please if you could share this to help reach others. Prayers are more than needed, we are trying to stay strong but can’t do this on our own.
