Clare Laramie (Duffy) fighting metastatic cancer

Donation protected
14/02/24 - Thank you all so much for your wonderful support. Sadly, Clare passed away peacefully on Monday 12th February surrounded by family in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospitail, Co. Louth. She appreciated all the donations, photos and stories so much and was so happy and excited when we read each one out to her. Clare, Tom, Éamonn, Maura, Fiona and Clodagh could not believe the overwhelming support- thank you.

Clare Laramie (Duffy) is a wonderful mother, wife, friend and teacher who is now fighting stage four cancer. It has now spread to multiple places in her body, after she survived breast cancer 17 years ago.

The Cooley Sheep Breeders Association, in her local community, are hosting the 11th annual stock judging night. All proceeds on the night will be going to cancer patients in the North Louth area - and Clare is one of those included! We have set up this Go-Fund-Me so that Clare's friends abroad, or those who cannot make it to the event on the 10th of February, can still take part. If you would like to attend the event please find all the details you need here:

We hope your kind donations will take away any financial stress on Clare, and her family, in her fight against cancer for the second time. Our Clare is a fighter!

Anything would be appreciated and regardless we would love to hear your favourite memory with Clare and/or your favourite photos with her so please share with us!
