Help Claire Bear Kick Cancer!

Claire Holzum is an adventurous 2 year old who loves dinosaurs, bunnies, chocolate, hiking with her parents and of course watching Frozen.  On Monday, June 29th, Claire was rushed to Children's Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis, MN after her doctor discovered a mass in her chest.  The mass is compromising her superior vena cava and her lungs.  Five days later on July 3rd, sweet Claire Bear was diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoma after numerous tests and procedures.  On the same day as her diagnosis, Claire became a big sister for the first time to precious Kit.

Claire has been preparing for her baby sister since the day she found out.  She was looking forward to showing Kit the ways of the world and how to wrap Mommy and Daddy around her finger.   Claire is the bravest, strongest, smartest and most independent little girl.  She is currently in the Pediatric ICU at Children's Minnesota Hospital and is sedated and on a ventilator during her first rounds of chemotherapy.  The doctors say her treatments could continue for up to 2 years.  Claire will remain in the hospital until she is strong and healthy enough to be taken home where she will need constant care.  Please assist her and her amazing parents, Ryan and Karissa, in keeping their focus on getting and keeping Claire Bear healthy.
