Help with bills

Back in April Keith was rushed to the hospital from work his blood pressure was 247/102 caused a mini stroke spent a few days in the hospital and was sent home. His boss made him come back to work the next week. Keith took a week off in September during that time he went to do a stint found out he was blocked on the left side 80% followed by 95% on the left side so a bypass was scheduled he was told by his boss she set him up on short term disability and he would be ok when it was time for him to go back to work he was told his work van was still in the shop. Keith made several attempts to call his bosses all calls and texts were unanswered so he made 2 attempts to go to his work place to get info on his short term disability and his boss was Conveniently not there. When he finally spoke to her she told him she was going to let Keith go but was going to wait until after his surgery and told him the short term disability wasn't an option because he was a liability and wished him luck and laughed over the phone. Then told keith if he wanted his job he must leave her and her husband alone. So at this point we do not know if he has a job or not. In the meantime we were counting on his short term disability while he was off work and we will be struggling to pay our mortgage and car payment etc. I do have a small business but I haven't been there full time because I have been doing crating events to bring extra money in and have no employees to help. All money raised will help pay our bills. We have called our creditors and they were no help. We also have contacted a employment attorney but that also cost money. We have until the 21st of this month to pay 2 major bills.
