Emma's funeral needs

This is my granddaughter Emma Marie Lawson, she was born on June 25, of 2014, Emma was born with her liver small and large intestines on the outside of her little body. Emma has already had 8 surgeries and been picked and poked many time. She has a long road in front of her. Emma is due to stay at the University of Michigan for 8 months to a year. Her mom Victoria has been by her side and has not left, Victoria also had a two year old Brody who has been away from her for almost 6 weeks. Victoria has been at the Ronald McDonald house.
