Veteran's Homeless Shelter
Tax deductible
City of Refuge of Vinton, Louisiana is a faith-based, non-profit organization dedicated to helping veterans and their families gain self-dependence, dignity, and hope.
City of Refuge cares for old veterans and new veterans alike. City of Refuge was originally created to help Vietnam veterans, but veterans from more recent wars such as Desert Storm and the Afghanistan and Iraq wars have begun to show up.
The net proceeds will all go to the building fund. City of Refuge is currently working to expand the shelter to support growing needs, upgrade the sewer system, and supply food and shelter for veterans.
