Circle House Village (Denmark)

Hi..I would like to present my dream of building a round building for a small collective, as an association of various artists.

The plan is to build Circle House Village in South Zealand in Denmark. The house itself is made of wood and straw with a layer of clay on the outside.

We are looking for a large, nice natural site and have a total budget of 7 million DKK to build the 64 meter diameter cicle house.

Recycled building materials are part of the project, where windows, doors and floors are adapted individually.

CHV offers 16 apartments that could either be rented out or sold as a share.

All apartments are on 3 levels with access to the roof on the 1st floor. The basement has beds, storage, emergency and bathroom with toilet.
