Facial Reconstruction Fund

Donation protected

The reason for this campaign is to help me pay my overwhelming medical bills incurred from a horrible accident I encountered in June.

I was in an accident that inflicted severe head trauma. It fractured my lower jaw, cracked/moved my teeth out of alignment and my lower lip was nearly torn off; only hanging by a thread.

It left me with a mountain of medical bills; all while being a full time student with no health insurance. There have been 3 surgeries to date, with more needed in the future.

The road to recovery is a long one, especially since the first surgeon did not line my lip up properly. As a result, my recovery has been layered with added operations to pursue corrective procedures.

The funds from this campaign will go towards covering the first 3 operations. Extra amounts will be put towards future surgeries, exams and follow-ups.

I am a young entrepreneur with a deep passion for health, music and dance. I have shared my passion with the San Diego community for the past 9 years through the form of teaching dance classes, organizing workshops, event planning, and community building. The classes and community serves as an outlet for people of all ages.

I would love to continue sharing my passion with the community and finishing my academic journey; each and every donation would be a big assistance towards that realizing that goal.

Thank you for your love and kindness.

Regards,
Vinh Nguyen
