Churrito the Cat needs urgent surgery
Spende geschützt
This is never easy.
I found this cat over a month ago, in the middle of the road, nearly dead. I’m not exaggerating when I say this. He was in terrible shape.
Let’s see:
- Both back legs and tail are completely paralysed.
- He doesn’t control his bladder or his intestines. (You can imagine what that means)
- He has little rocks on his bladder.
After seeing plenty of vets we came to the conclusion that he will never be able to walk again and he needs surgery to amputate his back paws and tail.
Why does he need to amputate? Can’t he just keep them?
No, he cannot, unfortunately.
Due to the fact that he cannot move his back legs, every time he tries to walk is extremely difficult to him, the back paws get in the way so he compensates it with his back that is causing serious problems, and also causes wounds to his skin.
