We understand everyone is busy and this makes hosting multiple fundraisers with adequate volunteers challenging. Instead, we have decided to attempt to go a little easier route to see if it may work first…
We have set up a GoFundMe and a PayPal account where you can make a donation in the amount of your choice. The funds raised from classmates will be used towards reunion expenses.
The more money we receive from donations, the less fundraising we will ask of class members and the less expensive entry fees will be. If we find that we have a surplus of funds, asking classmates to pay an entry fee at the door may not be necessary. A surplus of funds may also mean that we will have the opportunity to provide each guest with a drink ticket(s) or can just be carried toward our second reunion’s expenses.
Some expenses include the following:
Venue Rental $350
Appetizers $500
DJ $350
Misc./Decor $200
Drink Tickets or Hour Open Tab $500
Reserve for Future Reunions $100
We're estimating around $2000 in expenses.
