Chronic Kidney Disease Won't WIN

What I'm raising money for: I'm in dire need of a pancreas and kidney transplant to live and I need your help. I'm in stage 4 of kidney failure and unable to work enough hours to support myself financially. I have been granted another chance at life as a transplant candidate with Emory Hospital. The beginning of this very long journey will not begin until the end of NOVEMBER. During this process, I may have to begin dialysis until I am cleared for a donor. It's unknown how long this process may take.

Therefore, at this time, I am asking for financial help to assist me in paying medical bills and other expenses. I have no idea how much longer I will be able to work and unable to do this alone. I ask that you find it in heart to help. Any amount will help my cause. Your thoughts and prayers are needed and appreciated.
