Christy Jo Langley Medical Expenses

My sweet, SWEET dear friend Christy Jo Langley for the last month has been experiencing a medical crisis.  Out of the blue, Christy Jo had to be rushed to the Emergency Room by Ambulance from work when she became dizzy and disoriented with sky-rocketing blood pressure and heart palpatations.  After testing and scans the cardiologist could not pinpoint a reason for the symptoms and she was given medication to lower her blood pressure and sent home.  Over the last few weeks Christy Jo has been experienced these spells ongoing and has had to be taken to the ER again multiple times. During this time she has been so very weak and mostly bed-ridden, requiring constant care and supervision, and barely able to even eat let alone walk.  She has been unable to work as a result.
After more tests, they found high levels of adrenaline  in her body and believed  this was causing the heart issues and blood pressure to spike.  She was referred to an Endocrine specialist but due to Hurricane Irma, evacuations, and recovery in Florida she wasn't able to be seen until today, Sept. 18, 2017.   At today's visit, the Endocrine physician said that her symptoms were absolutely textbook for a very rare but serious adrenal tumor which as it grows puts pressure on the glands and forcing adrenaline constantly into her body.  She has been living every day for a month now in "fight or flight" mode...constant panic and fear spells from the adrenaline surging out of control, resulting also in dangerously high blood pressure and heart palpatations. She is going in for more specific labs tomorrow.  Once confirmed she will require a delicate surgery to remove the tumor at a specialty surgical hospital in Tampa.  As if all this wasn't bad enough, the health coverage her and her family had and paid into for many years recently dropped their policy due to ObamaCare requirements.   Christy Jo's medical bills are already over $60,000 this doesn't include the surgery to remove the tumor.  It really is a necessary, life-saving operation as the specialist said her body can not sustain these levels without causing  increasing damage to her heart.  If you have met Christy Jo, then I know you have been touched by her sweet and gentle kindness, and her genuine joy, interest, attentiveness and concern she always shows towards others.  Not to mention that darling southern belle charm...she is such a special lady!!! MOST IMPORTANLY--PLEASE PRAY for this precious family who is such a blessing to ALL who know them...we believe in the POWER of faith-filled prayer!!!  We ask also, if you are able, to please consider any contribution, no matter how small it may seem to help them bear this unimaginable financial burden that they are faced with.  Our small gifts when brought together can become larger than the mountain we face.  Thank you so much on behalf of the Langley Family.
