Hello,
I am making this gofundme page for my sister and my brother in-law. His cancer is fighting back aggressively and we are seeking alternative treatment which will be costly. Here is a little bit about them:
My name is Mariah, and my husbands name is Christopher. I want to share a little bit of our story, and his story. I will start off talking a little bit about who he is to me and everyone who has ever known him. Chris and I met when I was 16 and he was 19, about 8 1/2 years ago and here we are today almost a month in to our marriage. Chris is the most selfless, loving, and kind human being I have ever known and I may sound bias, but I think anyone who has ever known him would agree with me. Always willing to help in all situations if he can. He is an incredible person, who has been handed an incredibly horrible situation. Unfortunately, back in 2019 Chris was diagnosed for the second time with a cancer called Sinonasal Undifferentiated Carcinoma. When Chris was 14 he fought the same battle and was cancer free for 12 years. When his cancer returned in 2019 it returned in the exact same spot as the first time, over the past year 1/2 it has spread from his sinuses, to the outer layer of his brain, and now to his spine. After undergoing a frontal craniotomy, various amounts of radiation, chemotherapy’s, and immunotherapy doctors are still unable to control the cancer in his spine. We are being told that chemotherapy is our last option, this has been a long hard battle and the we are not giving up. I will do anything and everything I can to make sure he stays here with me and our families will do the same. Right now we are looking in to getting second opinions which may call for needing to do some far traveling for extended periods of time to allow Chris to be treated elsewhere. We hate to ask for help, and wish this wasn’t something we even had to think about but unfortunately we do not have a choice. We would first like to ask that anyone who reads this to say a prayer, send good vibes and your love. Anything and everything helps. We thank you for your love and support.
