Christopher's hands

Hi my name is Christopher, I was ruled 72% permanently disabled in California in January of 06. I was awarded $46 a week for life and medical for my head, neck, upper and lower back, both shoulders, arms, hands and right leg for life. The Insurance Company has denied almost all medical treatment. I need carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. The only way I can get these surgeries is to pay for the operation in its entirety up front in cash. Approximately $5,000 per hand. I get Social Security, a small annuity and $46 a week from the insurance company. With this limited income it is impossible for me to pay for these surgeries on my own. I have already filed bankruptcy  for past  medical bills  that should have been paid for by the California insurance company. Will you please help me.
