This GoFundMe page has been set up by Chris' fellow Ranney School Class of 1997 classmates. Chris passed away suddenly on December 7, 2017, and leaves behind his daughter Elizabeth ("Lizzie") Flynn, as well as his mother, Cathy, and longtime girlfriend, Monica.
Funds raised through this GoFundMe campaign will be donated to his daughter, Lizzie.
Who was Chris? In the words of Eric Gordon, '97:
There are far too few people who can, with an infectious smile, easy laugh, and welcoming nature, make those around them feel better on a daily basis. Last week we lost one of those precious few. If you knew Chris Flynn, you know what I'm talking about. He was always happy to see virtually everyone, and his gregariousness made the atmosphere around him more joyful...I know that his love for theater lighting, the history of Ocean Grove, and the Boss never waned. Rest in peace, Chris, and thank you for what you brought to our lives.
