Christmas on Mansion Cross - Grow The Show!

Dear Friends, Family, and the Hampton Roads Community,
First and foremost, thank you so much for your support over the last 6 years. Christmas on Mansion Cross started with 1 home in 2015 and has grown every year since, making memories and traditions for families in the process! You all are what make COMC so amazing every year, and we mean it.
While we have been able to grow every year, we are pushing to make some large-scale changes for 2021 to make the display better and ensure it will last for many more years to come. After some thought, we believe the donations during the holiday season should continue going 100% to St. Jude and we will not change that. Because of that decision, we are using our COMC Grow the Show Fundraiser to help cover these additions and updates for the 2021 season!
Projects and priorities for the 2021 season:
1) Begin the process of making the display 100% LED, starting with the largest consumers of electricity. These are large trees and 2 homes still using incandescent bulbs. LED lights not only reduce the amount of power we use, but also last up to 25x longer than standard Christmas lights!
2) Ensure all homes being added for 2021 are added using all LEDs to prevent frequent bulb burnouts and become more sustainable.
3) Add smart flood lights that will help to fill out houses in the display and allow new effects to be used.
