Anytime is a terrible time to have a fire. But this fire is especially unfortunate taking place just a week before Christmas.
Iva is the sole caregiver for her elderly mother, Betty Jennings. Betty suffers from Altzheimer's and is battling end stage lung cancer.
Iva & Betty lost all their possesions in a devastating house fire.
The fire appears to have started in the dryer vent. The fire destroyed all their belongings. Everything was lost including, the microwave, the refrigerator, the stove, the washer & dryer, and all of their furniture. They even lost all of their clothes with the exception of what was on their backs when they escaped the fire. It is all gone. 100%.
All burned up.
