Christin Horton & Family

On August 3, 2017, a member of our Optum Family suffered a terrible tragedy.  Christin Horton’s husband Derrick was shot and ultimately passed away.  Derrick owned and ran a restaurant in KCK and by all accounts was a wonderful member of the community, loving husband and father.  Along with Christin, he is survived by their three children DJ, Sydni, and Gabbi.

We are looking to raise funds to offset expenses incurred while the Horton family deals with this tragedy.  We all know what a wonderful and kind person Christin is– let’s do what we can to help ease the burden and stress of this terrible tragedy.
