Christian's Battle with Lymphoma

Christian Alexander, 19, recently was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He began treatment on Jan. 7 and is facing an unknown number of chemo/radiation treatments in his battle to regain his health.
Christian lives in Greensboro, NC in his mother's home. They don't have a car or drivers' licenses, and so are limited to taking buses or cabs or getting rides from friends. Without a regular income, Christian was unable to buy even the discounted drugs prescribed by his oncologist and is suffering from the side effects of the chemo.
Financial help may be coming in some form from his hospital social worker, but it is uncertain and in the meantime, he isn't getting the nourishment or full medical treatment he needs.
Christian is a kind, intelligent, and motivated person with a desire to get well and to move on with his life. He is meeting this challenge with maturity and courage.
These funds will be used for medicines, transportation to and from treatments, and nourishing food.
