Christian James Spigel Funeral Fundraiser

Christian was one of the smartest people I have ever met, and he some how managed to be good at just about everything he did. That made him a valuable asset to any project he worked on, including many of mine. More importantly he was a good friend, and I consider myself lucky to have had such a great friend.
On December 30, 2019, I lost my friend. He went peacefully in his sleep. He was 46 years old, too young as far as I'm concerned.
Like so many of my friends, Christian often lived gig to gig, and wasn't able to put money aside for a rainy day, or in this case his funeral. Christian did not have life insurance, so instead of merely grieving for the loss of a wonderful human, his remaining family & close friends are trying to raise money to pay for his funeral, as well as all of his regular bills while the estate is being settled. Christian spent his life going out of his way for others, hopefully in the end that kindness will find it's way back to him.
I am asking for donations to help offset the expenses. Please only donate if you can afford to do so, Christian wouldn't want anyone to get themselves into financial trouble over him. Thank you for taking the time to read this, information about the service is below.

He was born to parents Richard Spigel and Carol Spigel, on 20 February 1973 in Dearborn, MI.
He enjoyed Lighting & Sound, Futurism, Space Travel, Electric Vehicles, Computers, LED Lighting, and Cats.
Christian is survived by Jonathan, Brother, Lesa, Girlfriend, and Jimmy, Best Friend.
The family has entrusted Griffin Funeral Home with the arrangements. A Viewing is scheduled for Saturday January 4, 2020 12-4pm at 7707 N Middlebelt Rd, Westland, MI 48185.
