The Home Buying team at The White Company are raising money for The Prince’s Trust, Refuge and Place to be. Members of our team are running a half marathon or 10k on the 3rd March to raise money for these brilliant charities and we would really appreciate any support you can offer. We have already raised some money internally, but we want to go above and beyond and raise all we can. We’re sure you’ll agree that the work these guys do is truly inspirational and every penny we raise will go to support their work – thank you
The Prince’s Trust:
Many of the young people we help are in, or leaving, care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health issues, or have been in trouble with the law.
We have returned £1.4 billion in value to society through our help for disadvantaged young people over the last 10 years alone.
Our free programmes give young people the practical and financial support they need to stabilise their lives. We help them develop key skills while boosting their confidence and motivation so they can continue to dream big.

Refuge:
Refuge is committed to a world where domestic violence and violence against women and girls is not tolerated and where women and children can live in safety.
We aim to empower women and children to rebuild their lives, free from violence and fear. We provide a range of life-saving and life-changing services, and a voice for the voiceless.

Place2Be:
Place2Be provides emotional and therapeutic services in primary and secondary schools, building children's resilience through talking, creative work and play. Place2Be provides children’s mental health services in 294 primary and secondary schools, reaching a total school population of 142,000 pupils, helping them to cope with wide-ranging and often complex social issues including bullying, bereavement, domestic violence, family breakdown, neglect and trauma and last year 232 schools took part in our in-depth training programmes.
