Chris & Wyatt’s Medical and Moving Fundraiser

My sigmoid colon ruptured from diverticulitis the end of July and we made it through the surgery and 3 weeks in the hospital. However, my surgeon can’t release me to go back to nursing until November. My FMLA runs out tomorrow so we will lose our insurance by the end of this month. I do have some short term disability but we are already behind in rent and I received a water bill for $707. There was a leak in the bathroom while I was hospitalized. We have no choice but to move and I’m still not supposed to lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk. I hate to ask anyone for help, but we are just about at the end of what we can do. We would seriously appreciate any help anyone can give.
