Chris Ganser versus Cancer

"Cancer Sucks!" I first saw this "slogan" on matching braclets around the writs of my brother in law Chris, and nephew CJ (Christopher, Chris Jr). Cancer does suck, it is undeserving, unrelenting, unfair...However I have also seen another side of cancer, again through Chris and my sister: Cancer is community, cancer is hope, cancer is activism, cancer is beatable.
Many of you know Chris's story. I won't retell it all here, but see below for multiple links to his adventures. Many of you also know, that cancer as once again found itself taking up residence in Chris's body. It has no idea what a bad decision that was. There will be another surgery, there will be more Chemo, there will be nights in the hospital, pain and suffering, for all of us, but Chris will have to bear the brunt of it. There also will be healing, there already are and there will be hoards of prayers from all corners of the world (because Chris and Jen have extended themselves that far), there is always faith, there is everlasting hope.
I am asking on behalf of Chris and Jen, with their permission and great humility, for your help during this next and, God Please, last stand off to cancer. We all know the state of healthcare in our nation, we know or can imagine all the costs that come with battling and beating cancer. I am asking you for as little (seriously, any amount is meaningful) or as much as you can give to make a very real and solid difference to the Ganser Clan (Chris, Jen, CJ), who are our family, friends, coworkers, and community members.
