Chris' Friends Unite

Our friend, Chris Tarantino, needs our help. As an asthmatic, wearing a face mask led to a serious lung infection that has long-term effects and his employer, Amazon, wouldn't work with him.  He ended up being out of work for quite a while.  Chris has lost everything he has - he has sold his furniture and will be homeless as of September 1st.  While he will resume working at the end of August, he will not be able to pay rent and will be living out of his vehicle until October, when he hopes to have enough money to rent an apartment he has lined up.  He'll be moving into his new apartment with nothing. Chris has lost everything.
Let's all chip in to help Chris during his time of need!
He will need home furnishings and essentials but it would be nice if between now and then he could stay in a hotel every now  and then, sleep in a real bed, etc. Another issue is that Chris lives in Texas and this is hurricane season. He needs to be able to get out of the elements if a storm happens.
This is a difficult time for Chris and we all kn ow how hard it is to receive help when we are in real need, but we are Guilford strong, no matter where we now call home.
